St. Cloud Hyundai is dedicated to making sure that every part of your service appointment goes smoothly. But we don't limit that to the time your car is actually in the shop; we even make scheduling your appointment a breeze! Learn how to use this convenient form below.

  • Let Us Know if You're a New or Returning Customer

    If you've used our service scheduler before, you can skip many of the steps and jump right to scheduling. If you haven't been here before, click underneath the text that reads "I'm a new customer" to get started.
  • Tell Us a Little About Your Vehicle

    The first thing to do if you're a new customer is to tell us more about what kind of vehicle you drive. You'll see a list of vehicle makes; clicking on one will then let you choose what year your vehicle is. Once you've selected that, choose which model you drive; a list will then pop up asking you to specify the kind of transmission your vehicle has. It's OK if you don't know--there's an option for that, too! Let us know the trim level and engine type of your vehicle, and then put in your vehicle's mileage. If you don't have it handy, your best guess will do just fine. Then, click the "Continue" button.
  • Tell Us What Service Your Vehicle Needs

    The next page will ask you which service your vehicle needs. You'll get to choose between individual services or maintenance packages, or click to see a list of all services and repairs. In this list, you'll see choices that include "I have a warning light on" and "I have another concern" that ask you to describe your issue. If you select these, please take a few sentences to let us know what the problem is.
  • Let Us Know How You Plan To Get Your Vehicle Here

    Next, you'll be asked to choose whether you're dropping your vehicle off or want us to pick up your vehicle for you and then deliver it. If you choose to drop it off, you'll be asked if you need a ride. We offer a courtesy shuttle, as well as courtesy loaners for longer service. Or, feel free to wait in our comfortable customer lounge. You'll find amenities like business workstations, complimentary snacks and beverages, and even a children's play area.
  • Schedule Your Appointment Time

    Next, you'll be asked to choose when you want your appointment to be. The days are displayed in a convenient calendar form, and each day will then display the available appointment times.
  • Enter Your Contact Information and Schedule Your Appointment

    Finally, you'll be asked to enter your name, phone number, and email address so we know how to reach you. You'll be able to review the requested service; once you've done that, let us know if you'd like to receive reminders and updates. We offer this service via text and email. There's also a space for comments if you have any other questions or concerns. Finally, click to schedule your service appointment!
